The Never Did Do Blues
| Synopsis | At 10pm Friday, August 14, 2009, the Chicago Film Racing Tour began. Participants had were challenged to create an original short film in 24 hours based on the following assignment: Use the theme of “NEVER” and include the surprise element of “crossing an item off a list.”
